Call us for an estimate and recommendation
Please give us a ring or supply us with a phone number for us to contact you on. During this initial conversation we will assess the best course of action to help you stop drinking or using drugs. We shall offer initial suggestions for your consideration depending upon your unique circumstances, these include financial circumstances, medical circumstances and the extent of the drink or drug problem. Please feel secure that we will guide you down whatever route suits you best, safe in the knowledge that we have already researched virtually the whole of the UK for suitable providers of treatment who maintain high standards and have great reputations for quality service.
Telephone Assessment
In order for us to best serve you, we will enquire into your circumstances. We would like to assure you of our discreet approach and absolute respect of your confidentiality. This will give us a broad insight into the problems you or your loved one faces and some indications as to the most appropriate treatment. Part of this telephone process will involve enquiring your budget. Although we will never be involved in any financial transactions with you or for you.
Emergency Admissions
Should you or your loved one require an immediate or emergency admission for treatment, detoxification or hospitalisation, we suggest telephoning us immediately on 0845 686 0337. There are only a limited amount of facilities which offer 24 hour admission, but we will do our best to make it work out for you. Next day admissions leave many more options and we will endeavour to refer and place you within a suitable facility within 24 hours!
Privately Funded
Treatment or detox can start from as low as around £500 per week and up to as high as £5000 per week. This is the most common method used to enter into rehabilitation. Please be aware that most facilities will ask for a deposit to reserve a bed space. Many clinics will require 2 weeks' fees on arrival, although some will expect your commitment to be higher. Some of the facilities we have relationships with are able to offer our clients discounted prices because of the repeat business that we may be sending them (this is only available in a limited amount of centres).
Medical Insurance
If you hold private medical insurance, it is likely that you will be covered for some or all of you treatment. Please be sure to let us know who you are insured with and to what level when you call.
No Funding Available
If you do not have the financial means to privately support the cost of your treatment you might qualify for state funding through your local Community Drug and Alcohol Team (CDAT). We have relationships with some rehabs that have their own arrangements with many CDAT's and will help you through the application process, from initial assessments to interviews and eventual placement. We have a data base of all the Drug Treatment Agencies (High Street Drop-in Centres) in the UK and would be happy to direct you to your nearest free service. Please note, these centres are often run as facilities designed to minimise harm caused by drinking and using and not necessarily established or equipped to help you stop the harmful behaviour altogether. If you or your loved one would like help with alcoholism or an addiction, or if you would like to discuss how a crisis intervention might be beneficial, please call 0845 686 0337 for an informal preliminary discussion.
