28 Day Rehab Programme

28 Day Rehab Programme

A 28-day treatment program will give users a medical assessment, detox and an individualised care plan.

This type of program has some of the highest success rates in the field. For the success of any alcohol or drug treatment program, the primary objective is to stabilise the user and to help the individual maintain abstinence long enough to create a firm recovery structure.

The program will focus on the symptoms as well as the underlying issues that contribute to addiction; and these sessions take place in both one-on-one and small group settings. Additionally relapse prevention and coping skills play a big part of the 28 day program, and many centres comply with the 12-step support groups/programs. Professional and experienced counsellors will concentrate on the symptoms as well as the underlying issues. Many centres comply with the 12-step support groups/programs.

Centres embrace the abstinence/recovery realism that upon leaving the treatment, users can carry with them familiar and effective knowledge to sustain and which will help them to continue to improve upon their road to recovery.
